KESS3 expands your possibilities for working on protected Bosch MG1CS163 ECUs fitted to supported Audi, Bentley and Cupra models with 2.5 TFSI/TSI and 6.0 W12 TwinTurbo petrol engines, from 2021.
The first operation requires opening and unlocking the ECU using the dedicated BOOT Unlock protocol and the KESS3 Unlock Module accessory.
Once this procedure is complete, you can perform writing operations directly in BENCH mode using the existing protocol, connecting to the ECU connector. The initial unlock does not need to be repeated: for subsequent operations, you can work in BENCH without opening the ECU again, simplifying your daily workshop activities.
