New OBD and BENCH protocols for Delphi 4J ECUs: Isuzu and Holden.
More options for 3.0 diesel pick-ups equipped with the 4JJ1 engine.
KESS3 expands support for Isuzu and Holden work vehicles with new OBD and BENCH protocols for Delphi ECUs installed on 4JJ1 3.0 TD engines from 2006 onwards. Long-lasting engines with great potential.
With the new OBD protocol, you can read and write directly from the diagnostic port, making access to the ECU faster. Powergate compatibility also allows you to extend the service to the end customer and remotely manage customized files and configurations.
The BENCH protocol, on the other hand, provides more complete access to the ECU for repair and advanced tuning operations, allowing you to work directly from the ECU connector and, when necessary, also perform cloning.
Together with the already supported BOOT mode, you can now work on Isuzu D-Max and Holden Colorado models produced from 2006 onwards using the method you prefer.
The real benefits for the workshop:
- Read and write via OBD without removing the ECU.
- Work in BENCH directly from the ECU connector.
- Manage operations remotely with Powergate.
- Increase your service opportunities on vehicles with the 4JJ1 engine.
- Choose between OBD, BENCH and BOOT according to the requirements of the job.
- Use cloning for ECU replacement and repair operations.
The new protocols expand your working possibilities on a diesel platform widely used in markets such as Asia, Africa and Latin America, particularly relevant in the pick-up sector and in vehicles intended for professional use.
