ECM Titanium Drivers Updates

New ECM Titanium drivers for Continental SID213 ECUs on Ford and Volkswagen.

More effective management for modern 2.0 diesel platforms.

Continental SID213 ECUs equip several latest-generation Ford and Volkswagen diesel applications and are becoming increasingly common in workshops for operations focused on improving engine response, drivability and overall vehicle efficiency.

To achieve reliable results on these platforms, it is essential to work with precise strategies while maintaining the correct balance between performance, thermal management and post-treatment system operation.

Thanks to the new ECM Titanium driver update dedicated to the Continental SID213 ECU, you now have access to optimized management for performance-related operations, with access to the main parameters.

ECUs targeted by this development

Why does this update make a difference?

The new features provide advanced control over:

EGR management: The dedicated EGR hysteresis maps allow effective management of the exhaust gas recirculation valve during normal engine operating conditions, while maintaining correct operation during DPF regeneration phases.

This is a key aspect of these platforms, where the EGR directly contributes to increasing the temperature of post-treatment systems during regeneration.

DTC Management (Torque Monitoring): The driver also includes maps dedicated to torque monitoring, essential for creating stable and consistent performance calibrations aligned with the ECU management logic.

Speed Limiter: Maps for maximum speed limiter management are also available, useful for specific configurations depending on vehicle usage.
