Whistleblowing
Alientech srl has established the following internal reporting channels (the “Whistleblowing Channels”) to ensure the proper transmission of reports to the Whistleblowing Reports Manager:
- Written communication submitted through the WhatsApp application by sending a written message to the mobile number specifically dedicated to the operation of this procedure (+39 338 7671227), which is exclusively accessible by the Whistleblowing Reports Manager;
- Written communication submitted by sending a paper letter in a sealed envelope addressed to the Whistleblowing Reports Manager at the following address: Via Alessandria 26, 15033 Casale Monferrato (AL), Italy (Studio Legale Cappa, attention: Avv. Stefania Fusano). The Reporting Person is expressly requested to mark the outside of the envelope with the wording: “WHISTLEBLOWING REPORT”.
In this regard, as expressly provided in the ANAC Guidelines approved by Resolution No. 311 of 12 July 2023, paper reports must be prepared as follows:
– the report must be placed in two separate sealed envelopes: the first envelope must contain the Reporting Person’s identification details together with a copy of a valid identification document;
the second envelope must contain the report itself, so as to keep the Reporting Person’s identification details separate from the report; both envelopes must then be placed inside a third sealed envelope bearing on the outside the wording: “WHISTLEBLOWING REPORT” addressed to the Whistleblowing Reports Manager. The report will then be subject to confidential registration by the Whistleblowing Reports Manager, including through a dedicated register where appropriate.
You are encouraged to use the form entitled “Whistleblowing – Paper Report of Violations”, available in the “ATTACHMENTS” section of this page. - Oral communication submitted through the WhatsApp application by sending a voice message to the mobile number specifically dedicated to the operation of this procedure (+39 338 7671227), which is exclusively accessible by the Whistleblowing Reports Manager;
- Oral communication submitted in person during a meeting with the Whistleblowing Reports Manager (or a person delegated by them).
Requests for a meeting must be submitted by the Reporting Person through a written or voice message using the channels referred to in points a) and c) above. Where an in-person meeting is agreed, it shall take place at a location outside the workplace and, subject to the participants’ consent, shall be audio and/or video recorded. At the end of the in-person meeting, the participants shall sign minutes confirming that the meeting took place and summarising the matters discussed. The meeting may also be held remotely by means of a video call conducted through a web platform selected by the Whistleblowing Reports Manager. Subject to the participants’ consent, the contents of the meeting shall be recorded.
