KESS3 Protocols Releases

Hitachi BED604 and ETC80-101N – Mitsubishi, Infiniti, and Nissan.

Work in BOOT mode on ECUs and TCUs installed on Mitsubishi, Infiniti, and Nissan—now fully supported.

12.12.2025 – Upgrade 2.71

Thanks to this update, you can operate on the Hitachi BED604 engine control unit and the Hitachi ETC80-101N transmission unit, installed on 2.5 and 3.6 V6 engines. These units equip a wide range of models produced from 2013 up to the most recent versions beyond 2021.

A strategic upgrade for your workshop: these vehicles represent a significant share of the Asian market, especially in the SUV and crossover segments. BOOT mode allows you to read and write the full ECU content with precision and to clone the TCU, enabling advanced operations on new-generation engines and transmissions.

An update that strengthens your competitiveness: more ECUs and TCUs supported, more services available, more value for your customers.
