Dozens of tests and trials have allowed us to update the K-Suite management software with 6 new protocols dedicated to the DSG TCM equipped on the VAG group vehicles.
Here are a few details, to understand the importance of the update.
The TCM brands involved are BOSCH, CONTINENTAL, and TEMIC, in the DSG DQ200 and 250MQB, DSG 200 MQB, DSG DL501, VL381, ZF ASG SQ100 equipped on the Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen and Porsche.

The goal is clear: safer, faster, and more reliable recalibrations even on the TCMs, thanks to K-TAG! As you know, to really get the most from a vehicle, action must be taken with reprogramming on the ECU for lower consumption or higher performances. However, with interventions also to the TCM, the vehicle elaboration becomes really comprehensive and supremely optimized: part of the performance limitations are inserted in the TCM, so, on important changes, it is necessary to modify also the TCM to 100% develop the elaboration.
Thanks to the full reading and writing possibility, you can satisfy even more customers because you can repair the TCU, thus avoiding replacing one of the most expensive part of the vehicle. A good advantage for the vehicle’s owner and surely for your business.

VR reading and OBD writing with KESSv2 to complete the TCM remapping without risks, with reliable and assured results.
The Virtual Reading gives you the opportunity to receive the correct file and with KESSv2 it can be done quickly and easily: our tool automatically identifies the ECU, researches the corresponding calibration in our servers and in very few guided steps it provides the appropriate original file.

NEW Cable Service Mode
To work in Service Mode on these TCMs it is necessary to use the new 144300T118 cable!
Read and write ECUs installed on Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Pontiac and Saturn brand vehicles thanks to the new protocol for KESS3.
Four new protocols enlarge the KESS3 vehicle list, working with a single tool in simple and safe ways on diesel engines installed on Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, Mazda and Toyota brands.
Two new motorbike protocols are available for KESS3: work on new ECUs with different connection modes using just one tool.
Thanks to two new protocols dedicated to the heavy-duty market, you will be able to operate on a large vehicle base and meet the customer’s needs.
With KESS3 you can now read, write and clone Ka+ ECU from 2018.
Enhance performance and driving pleasure safely by recalibrating a lot of automatic transmissions installed in Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen without opening the TCU.
