New BENCH protocol for Continental SID213 ECUs – Ford and Volkswagen.

With this update, KESS3 expands the range of operations available for Continental SID213 ECUs installed in Ford and Volkswagen pick-ups and commercial vehicles from 2022 onwards.

The new BENCH protocol allows you to connect directly to the ECU connector without opening the unit.
This is particularly useful when the ECU has already been removed from the vehicle and complements the existing OBD protocol, which allows access through the diagnostic port.
