Measure horsepower and torque when conditions allow. Document acceleration tests when practicality matters. Everything stored in the Alientech cloud, inside your dedicated Dashboard section.
DynoDrive is currently available for cars only. DynoDrive is not tied to subscription: once activated, it remains available even if your subscription expires.
In a shop, two things matter: doing the job right and being able to explain it clearly. DynoDrive was built for exactly that. It adds a measurable and documentable service through a simple, clean upgrade.
The key difference is that DynoDrive combines two tools that are often separate on the market:
horsepower/torque measurement when you can work under the right conditions, and acceleration testing when you need a more manageable test that still delivers useful documentation.
When you have a suitable stretch of road (straight and as flat as possible, with manageable traffic), DynoDrive allows you to collect horsepower and torque data consistently. This is the ideal mode when you can control the conditions.
Note: if conditions are not ideal, measurement naturally becomes more sensitive. That’s where the second mode becomes critical.
DynoDrive measures acceleration tests with excellent precision across the most requested metrics: 0–100, 60–130, 1/4 mile, plus configurable speed or distance tests. It’s the most practical mode when space is limited or when you want fast, repeatable output that’s easy to present to your customer.
If you don’t always have the “perfect road” for horsepower testing, acceleration mode still allows you to generate serious documentation.
Every test performed with DynoDrive is automatically uploaded and stored in the Alientech cloud. Access your DynoDrive section inside Dashboard to find tests, history, comparisons, and analysis tools.
When discussing results with your customer, you gain a concrete advantage: you can generate clean, professional PDFs, also customizable with your shop logo and header.
It’s important to be clear: road testing involves variables (environment, conditions, driving style). DynoDrive is not designed to replace a chassis dyno.
It’s designed to provide credible measurements and, above all, repeatable documentation. When conditions are stable and tests are performed methodically, data becomes consistent and comparable — turning into professional output ready to archive and deliver.

On vehicles where the CAN line is not available, DynoDrive uses the integrated GPS in KESS3.
DynoDrive is not tied to subscription.
Once activated, it remains available even if your subscription expires. It’s a clean upgrade, with no surprises, built to last.
If you are a direct customer, you can complete activation directly from Dashboard.

For horsepower/torque measurement, good conditions help (straight and as flat as possible). If not available, acceleration mode is often much easier to manage.
A dyno is a controlled environment. On the road, variables exist. DynoDrive is not designed to replace a dyno — it’s designed to measure and document on the road in a credible and repeatable way.
