\u00e8 uno dei maggiormente diffusi: installato su vetture di media e grossa cilindrata, la sua ottima affidabilit\u00e0 \u00e8 una garanzia per i costruttori. Sono disponibili diverse versioni di questo cambio la cui differenza, a livello strutturale, permette di reggere pi\u00f9 o meno coppia a seconda del modello.<\/p>\n<p>Nel caso di BMW, in questa specifica release abbiamo:<\/p>\n<p><b>ZF8HP45<\/b>: coppia massima 450Nm per versioni a benzina, 500Nm per versioni Diesel<\/p>\n<p><b>ZF8HP50<\/b>: coppia massima 500Nm in entrambe le versioni<\/p>\n<p><b>ZF8HP90<\/b>: coppia massima 900Nm per versioni a benzina, 1000Nm per versioni diesel<\/p>\n<p>Tutti questi cambi con denominazione ZF8HP sono a 8 rapporti e con convertitore di coppia.<\/p>\n<p>La prerogativa principale di questo cambio \u00e8 che differisce totalmente da una trasmissione \u201ctradizionale\u201d, perch\u00e9 le varie marce sono gestite da dei gruppi epicicloidali, ovvero particolari elementi composti da 3 componenti: solare, porta satelliti e corona esterna. Il tutto \u00e8 alternato da dei gruppi frizione, che permettono, frenando queste componenti, di passare tra un rapporto e l\u2019altro andando a combinare i vari gruppi epicicloidali.<\/p>\n<p>Per far s\u00ec che si attui il cambio marcia, vi \u00e8 una gestione elettronica che va ad agire su delle elettrovalvole che fanno muovere questi gruppi frizione, al fine di passare tra un rapporto e l\u2019altro. Si tratta di una rivoluzione che ha portato a un cambiamento radicale del concetto di guidare, oltre ad aver aperto la strada alla produzione di cambi automatici destinati a vetture non premium; basti pensare che da allora in 18 anni sono stati venduti oltre 26 milioni di automobili equipaggiate con il DSG! <br \/>La prima vettura a equipaggiare questo cambio \u00e8 stata la Golf R32 inaugurando il logo \u201cR\u201d, che ancora oggi veste le versioni pi\u00f9 potenti e sportive della compatta di Wolfsburg.<\/p><p>La trasmissione \u00e8 pensata, come tutti i cambi con dicitura \u201cDQ\u201d, per i motori montati trasversalmente e regge una coppia massima di 400Nm, oltre a questo \u00e8 possibile utilizzarlo sia per modelli a trazione anteriore che integrale.<br \/>In questo caso, il cambio utilizza due assi primari che gestiscono rispettivamente le marce pari e le marce dispari a cui sono collegate due frizioni lamellari a bagno d\u2019olio. Ci\u00f2 che permette la rapidit\u00e0 in cambiata di questa trasmissione \u00e8 il fatto che durante la guida il cambio ha entrambi gli assi primari con la marcia ingranata, per cui, per portare a termine il passaggio da un rapporto all\u2019altro, sar\u00e0 solamente necessario muovere le due frizioni in modo da disinnestare l\u2019asse con la marcia precedente e innestare l\u2019asse con la marcia successiva. E\u2019 disponibile in due varianti, il DQ381-7A e il DQ381-7F, rispettivamente impiegati su veicoli a trazione integrale (7A) o a trazione anteriore (7F).<\/p><p>Il principio di funzionamento del cambio \u00e8 analogo a quello del DSG6 DQ250: la trasmissione \u00e8 composta dai due alberi primari, a cui sono collegate due frizioni lamellari a bagno d\u2019olio, che gestiscono rispettivamente le marce pari e le marce dispari. A differenza delle versioni a sei rapporti, i DSG7 hanno un albero supplementare per la retromarcia, non presente sul DSG6, perch\u00e9 calettata direttamente sull\u2019albero secondario che gestisce 5^ e 6^ marcia.<\/p><p>Anche in questo caso, la gestione elettronica a cui si affida il cambio permette di gestire i vari parametri del motore. L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 rendere il passaggio tra un rapporto e l\u2019altro il pi\u00f9 fluido possibile, andando a intervenire sui parametri di coppia erogata del motore e permettendo la modalit\u00e0 \u201csailing\u201d, launch control e Tiptronic.<\/p><p>Per migliorare le prestazioni della trasmissione, \u00e8 possibile intervenire sui parametri di Giri motore, massima coppia
