With this update, KESS3 (and Powergate) allow you to work via OBD on Continental GPEC4LM ECUs, directly through the diagnostic port, to read and write the engine control unit, reducing the operations required to access the ECU and making the reprogramming workflow faster and more immediate.<\/p>

The new protocol complements the already available BOOT mode and supports petrol and hybrid engines such as the 1.0, 1.3 FireFly, 1.5 48V Hybrid, 1.5 48V Hybrid VGT and 3.6 V6 Pentastar, fitted to city cars, saloons and SUVs produced from 2016 to the present for the main international markets.<\/p>
